MEP Construction Foreman HVACR

We are seeking an experiencedCommercial Construction Foremanwith a strong background inHVAC systemsandsheet metal installation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has the ability to lead crews effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of HVAC and sheet metal crews on commercial job sites.- Actively work alongside the crew on HVAC and sheet metal installation tasks as needed.- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings.- Oversee and assist with the installation of ductwork, equipment, and associated components.- Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards.- Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.- Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and productivity.- Order materials and manage site inventory.- Mentor and train crew members as needed.- Complete daily reports and job documentation.We Offer:- Competitive pay, based on experience- Health, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) with company match- Paid holidays and PTO- Growth and advancement opportunities- Company vehicle and phone allowance (based on experience and role)
