Men & Women that have experience in the construction/carpentry field willing to start right away. Pay is depending on experience & hours able to work during the week.

Role and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the remodeling project from start to finish.

Lead a team of tradespeople, fostering teamwork and ensuring project timelines are met.

Interpret blueprints, provide direction, and maintain open communication with team members.

Monitor project progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth project flow.

Train new upcoming tradesmen in remodeling.

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction, with a focus on remodeling and renovations.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team effectively.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Commitment to safety protocols and industry regulations.

Driver's license & reliable vehicle

Be able to train new hires

Must be able lift at least 50 pounds

5+ year construction remodel & new construction experience

*MUST* Pass a background check

Must be able to drive a truck & trailer.
