Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Project Manager I - Healthcare to join our Midwest region team based in Cedar Rapids or Des Moines!
This Project Manager will be key in supporting Ryan's Healthcare sector. These projects require specialized knowledge due to the unique needs of healthcare facilities. Our Project Manager's are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of commercial construction projects. This role involves aspects of management, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.

Some things you can expect to do:
Working with project schedules, cost projections, contracts, project status reports & more.
Lead construction progress meetings.
Oversee design development.
Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules & bid documents.
Negotiate and award subcontracts.
Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
Work directly with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors and various internal teams for support.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management
4+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (healthcare experience preferred)
Ability to travel for projects as needed
You will really stand out if you:
Have successful proven experience in a healthcare sector related project (hospital, medical office building, clinic. long-term care facility)
Have a deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management tools
Can communicate proactively and effectively, focus on customers, and display a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
