Structural Engineer

Were hiring a talented professional to join our St. Louis-based team and lead the design and analysis of commercial, institutional, and mixed-use building projects.This is an **on-site role** offering growth potential, meaningful projects, and a collaborative work environment where your expertise matters.**What Youll Do:**- Design structural systems for new buildings and renovations- Analyze loads and structural integrity using engineering software and calculations- Produce and review detailed drawings, plans, and technical documentation- Work closely with architects, contractors, and project teams- Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot construction issues- Ensure all work complies with local and national codes- Support project budgets, timelines, and client communications**What Were Looking For:**- Bachelors or Masters in Civil or Structural Engineering- PE License (MO preferred or ability to obtain)- 5-10 years of hands-on structural engineering experience- Strong knowledge of **vertical construction** (commercial, institutional, or mixed-use buildings)- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, ETABS, or similar tools- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
