First Level Electrical Design and Installation Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Electrical Design and Installation Manager to join the Electrical Design Integration group/team located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electronic and Electrical Engineering Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages, develops and motivates employees Travel: 10-20% of travel This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): Currently possess a Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry 3+ years' experience with electrical design or installation engineering Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience leading all aspects of developing system requirements, architecture and design Experience in leading engineering teams Experience in Electrical Wire Design and/or Wire Installation Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
