Job Description
Lead the entire preconstruction process for healthcare facility projects
Develop and present competitive bids, budgets, and cost estimates
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to shape project strategies
Prepare and deliver winning presentations for project interviews
Analyze risks and ensure alignment with operational and financial goals
Maintain and report accurate cost history and project data
Contribute to design review and value engineering efforts
Support business development by maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in preconstruction or estimating, with 2 of those years in healthcare construction
Experience in the Nashville, TN market is required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficient in construction estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Able to read construction documents and prepare accurate quantity takeoffs
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Knowledge of local construction methods and subcontractor market
Valid driver's license
