About the Role:

Our HVAC Installer plays a pivotal role within our team. As a key member of our Residential Install division, we are seeking an individual who is newer to the trade or possesses some experience in Residential HVAC Installs and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while upholding the highest standards of quality work. It's important to note that this position is Safety Sensitive, emphasizing our commitment to the well-being of our employees and customers. HVAC Installers are needed in the Lititz, Harrisburg and Lehigh Valley areas.

What You Will Do:

Be an eager, diligent, hardworking, Installation Technician who helps install Residential HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency, knowing the importance of doing a project correctly the first time.

Work in a more intimate setting. We have a wide range of Residential customers which gives you the chance to show us what you know so far and learn more about all sorts of equipment including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, and everything in between.

Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team and report to a Lead Installer, working together as a unit.

Learn from our experienced Installers who will provide guidance and share the knowledge they've spent their career learning.

Mindfulness and communication are key for the team to be successful. Take pride in completing all and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.

What We Are Asking From You:

1 + year of Residential HVAC installation experience or trade school certification

A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.

Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.

Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.

EPA Certification - Type I and II, Universal is ideal!

Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00- $25.00 per hour D.O.E.
