The Opportunity
Our experienced HVAC Service Technicians serve our customers throughout the Front Range area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. Compensation & Benefits
Our HVAC Service Technicians earn $85,000-175,000 annually on a performance-based compensation plan
Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance
401(k) with company match
40 hours PTO + 48 hours Sick Time Off
6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday month

Company-paid cell phone and tablet
HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities
Servicing customer homes along the Front Range
Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause of their problem
Working alongside and coaching HVAC Service Apprentices
Common Job types include:
Disassemble and clean HVAC systems
Performing routine maintenance on residential furnaces and A/C units
Certify HVAC systems according to both company policy and state and local laws
Communicating with customers and vendors
Ordering consumables and maintaining company equipment
HVAC Service Technician Preferred Qualifications
Prior sales or upselling experience
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
HVAC Service Technician Requirements
1 year of residential HVAC experience
EPA Certification
Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Schedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM. Rotating on-call schedule.
