The Opportunity

Our experienced HVAC Service Technicians serve our customers throughout the Charleston metro area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. Compensation & Benefits

Technicians average $30-50/hour with annual earnings of $85,000-175,000.

Responsibilities

Servicing customer homes within the Charleston metro area

Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause of their problem

Working alongside and coaching HVAC Service Apprentices

Common Job types include:

Disassemble and clean HVAC systems

Performing routine maintenance on residential furnaces and A/C units

Certify HVAC systems according to both company policy and state and local laws

Requirements

1 year of HVAC experience (commercial or residential)

Willingness to undergo background and pre-employment checks

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM, Rotating On-Call Shifts
