Senior Civil Engineer - Vertical/Architectural Structures Position: Senior Civil Engineer Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin Work Schedule: Flexible Hybrid Metric are retained by a multidisciplinary design firm to hire a Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing team in Milwaukee. You'll lead civil engineering projects for healthcare, commercial, institutional, and higher education sectors. Responsibilities: Lead civil project design and construction collaborating with internal and external multidisciplinary teams Collaborate directly with leadership team and successfully delegate Act as the direct point of contact between your team and clients providing any updates, answering queries and ultimately ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards Mentor junior engineers and staff Required Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 15 years of civil systems design for vertical construction projects (within all relevant markets ) Proven ability to lead the design of site improvements for complex, large-scale projects Significant software proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, & Revit Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
