Welder**
**Job Description**
+ Join our team as a Welder, where you'll be responsible for welding and fabricating structural steel in a shop environment.
+ This role primarily involves working on I beams for the construction industry.
+ The ideal candidate should be able to read blueprints and weld efficiently and effectively.
+ While fitting and fabricating skills are preferred, they are not strictly required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform welding and fabrication on structural steel components.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise welding tasks.
+ Weld I beams for the construction industry with high efficiency.
+ Utilize various welding techniques, including FCAW and MIG welding.
+ Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in Flux core welding.
+ Experience with MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Knowledge of structural steel fabrication.
+ Skilled in FCAW welding.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in fitting and fabrication is advantageous.
+ Understanding of assembly processes.
+ Familiarity with TIG welding and mild steel applications.
