**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of general duties that include skilled labor work. You will be required to build and install structures such as walls, floors, and doorframes, and you must be open to general labor and cleanup tasks. Additionally, you will install wooden structures like roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general carpenter duties including skilled labor work.
+ Build and install structures such as walls, floors, and doorframes.
+ Install wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work.
+ Conduct general labor and cleanup tasks as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6+ months of commercial construction experience.
+ Experience with rough carpentry and general labor.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with construction-related tasks such as landscaping, concrete, drywall, and metal stud work.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
