Industrial Painter Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying industrial coatings to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our stringent standards. This role requires minimal training, as the candidate should already possess the necessary skills and experience. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers. Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment. Ensure uniform application and adherence to specifications. Inspect finished surfaces for quality and touch up as needed. Maintain and clean painting equipment. Follow safety protocols. Essential Skills Proven experience as an industrial painter. Proficiency in using spray equipment. Knowledge of various industrial coatings and their applications. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of safety procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in industrial painting, paint preparation, sanding, and blasting. Familiarity with working in a production environment, particularly in oil and gas industries. Knowledge of paint booths and heat exchangers. Work Environment The position is based in a manufacturing shop with working hours from Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
