HVAC Tech Wanted

Small Local HVAC Company located in Medford NJ is looking to hire (1)Experienced reliable and hardworking HVAC Service Tech.
We do not push you to do heavy sales or meet quotas like the big corportate companies

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, service, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems (Air and hydronics) for both Residential and Light Commercial
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to work independently and as team

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 2-3 years of in field experience
-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation with ability to commute to office or jobsite as needed.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a requirement.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must have basic hand tools needed to do everyday job functions
- Ability to climb a ladder or crawl in crawlspaces

This is a full time position with an average of 35-40 Hours Per Week
Paid Weekly
401K after 45 Days
Take Home Truck after 45 Days
Time Off After 45 Days
Typical work day is 7:30AM 3:30PM but Must be willing to work earlier or later when needed
$20-$27 Per Hour, OT After 40 Hours for the week (Wage is dependent on experience and knowledge, with progressive annual increases for the right candidate. Will Be Discussed at Time of Interview)
