1st Shift Welder

Welder and Fabricator Job Description The Welder/Fabricator is responsible for the layout and fabrication of various metal parts. This position requires an experienced Mig and Stick welder, with Tig welding experience being beneficial. The ideal candidate should have the ability to fabricate parts from blueprints. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in welding and fabrication (MIG and TIG). Ability to read and interpret blueprints with weld symbols. Experience in layout and fabrication. Some mechanical aptitude for building out conveyors. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Tig welding is helpful. Knowledge of metallurgy and welding techniques. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr. 3 Medical Plan options HSA Vision Dental Unum Disability, Life and AD&D 401k up to 4% match EAP PTO Schedule - 5 days issued at 90 days employed. 10 Days at 1 year mark.
