Full-Time

A well-established commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex healthcare projects . This is a critical role for someone who knows how to run a jobsite with confidence, especially in active medical environments where safety, scheduling, and communication are key.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Proven track record of multiple successful healthcare projects (not just 1–2)

Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills

Comfortable overseeing active construction in occupied medical facilities

Detail-oriented with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and coordination

Able to work closely with owners, inspectors, subcontractors, and hospital staff

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all onsite activities from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work aligns with plans and specs
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, secure jobsites
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep the project on track
• Communicate daily with project managers and stakeholders
• Maintain logs, schedules, and reporting tools with accuracy
