We're looking for a skilled Carpenter to help maintain and improve our campus facilities. From framing and finishing to custom cabinetry and repairs, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping the spaces where students learn and grow. If you're a motivated journeyman ready to make an impactwe want you on our team!
Typical Duties:
Serves Students. Installs and/or repairs walls, doors, windows, flooring, roofing, walkways, roadways, furniture, equipment, and other fixtures as required. Constructs, installs, and finishes cabinets, counters, shelving, desks, workstations, technology mounts, and other fixtures. Installs, finishes, and paints drywall, doors and windows, ceilings, flooring, concrete, masonry, and other structures. Communicates with other trades, part-time workers, and subcontractors as necessary for project coordination.
Reads documents and manuals to perform the duties of the job correctly.
Support and participate in strategic planning initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
1 year of construction building experience as a carpenter
Salary:
$21.81- $23.12 per hour, depending on experience.
