We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Precast General Laborer to join our production team. This role involves assisting in the manufacturing of precast concrete products for burial services. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a physically demanding environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the setup, pouring, and finishing of precast concrete forms. Strip and clean concrete forms and prepare them for the next production cycle. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times. Load and unload materials and finished products. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Assist with inventory and material handling as needed.
