  • Oversee the development and execution of high-end food service spaces, ensuring quality, functionality, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with culinary end users including Space Planning, Workplace Design, and Facilities/Construction PMs.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and culinary program requirements are met.
  • Conduct design reviews and manage QA/QC processes to maintain high standards across all project phases.
  • Track and communicate project priorities, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain Culinary Program Guidelines, Design Standards, and Best Practices documentation.
  • Support long-term strategic planning while delivering on near-term project milestones.
  • Influence and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on culinary, food service, or hospitality construction.
  • Proven experience managing capital improvement projects for corporate real estate teams, ideally in the Bay Area.
  • Background working with general contractors, architectural or engineering firms.
  • Experience delivering high-end, client-facing food service environments.
