Lead Installer Job Description This position involves pre-installing windows and doors in the facility using hand and power tools and a tape measure. Responsibilities include grinding and deburring to expedite product readiness for job sites. After an initial 3-6 month period at the manufacturing site, the role will require travel both in-state and out-of-state for installations at client homes. Travel to various locations for installations after initial training. Ensure accurate measurements and installations to meet quality standards. Essential Skills Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately. Experience in carpentry and construction work. Valid California Real ID and a clean driving record. Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state as required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with glazing and construction finishing. Strong understanding of installation processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ventura, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
