Our firm combines deep technical expertise with a culture of integrity, responsiveness, and continuous learning. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Structural Engineer to join the team. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural calculations, conducting structural analyses, and designing various building structures. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in structural systems, is proficient in Revit and analysis software. You'll be involved in everything from client meetings to technical detailing, helping deliver high-quality, code-compliant, and constructible designs. Responsibilities Responsible for performing all aspects of the complete design of structural engineering assignments. Responsible for the project engineering of small to large-sized projects from concept and schematic design through construction documents to construction and commissioning. Attend meetings with clients and promote positive client contact with current or prospective clients. Visit project sites during construction for reviews of quality, progress, and compliance with specifications and standards. Responsible for the quality and timely delivery of the projects to budget. As needed, provide support to business development, including write-up of key aspects of projects and presentation of work at industry events. Work with architects on concepts for project competitions. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's ). PE license or actively pursuing licensure. 5 years of structural engineering experience with wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures. Proficient in Revit and at least one structural analysis software (e.g., RISA, RAM, ADAPT, TEDDS). Strong understanding of structural codes, standards, and construction practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve effectively in a team environment.
