Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $25.00/hr

About this Opportunity: Atlas Staffing has partnered with a Certified Woman Owned Business.

Our client is looking for semi experienced welder to join their team to fabricate structural building components such as steel beams and columns for commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have previous welding experience or certified welders with classroom training are encouraged to apply!

What You'll Be Doing:

Interpret blueprints to layout parts and prepare for welding

Safely utilize MIG welding equipment to weld structural components together

Utilize powered hand tools such as grinders and plasma cutters to shape steel

What makes you a great fit:

A minimum of 1 year of Mig welding experience or certified welders with classroom experience

Experience using powered hand tools with safety in mind

Overhead crane operation is a plus, but not required

Prior forklift experience is preferred, but not a required

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Reliable with strong work ethic
