Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with approximately 5 years of professional experience, including at least one year in project management. A design is preferred. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and a valued member of the design team, providing facilitation, guidance, and consultant coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Our firm specializes in major maintenance and upgrade projects for PreK-12 educational facilities, with some projects in the transportation, military, and corporate sectors. This multifaceted role requires a strong design perspective and balanced business judgment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects valued between $5-$6 million, focusing on maintenance and upgrades of existing K-12 educational facilities.
- Collaborate and provide facilitation for design teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare and review contracts, manage budgets, and oversee invoices.
- Guide the project team through the entire design process, providing support through construction administration.
- Coordinate multiple consultants and resources across the firm.
- Participate in project pursuits and staffing efforts.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
- Strong project management skills in architecture.
- Ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.
- Registered architect with experience in schematic design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture.
- Experience with SketchUp and construction administration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing contracts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
