Cad Technician

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keeping projects on track and sharing progress updates with the team
• Teaming up with engineers and project managers to create and revise engineering plans
• Drafting detailed drawings using CADD software (from sketches or verbal instructions)
• Performing quantity calculations and making sure everything lines up
• Following standard drawing procedures and keeping things organized

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience with design software (bonus points for OpenRoads!)
• Strong communication skills-you're clear, concise, and collaborative
• A background in civil engineering or a related field
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience, but we're open to newer grads with the right mindset

Where You'll Work: This role is onsite in either Urbandale or Cedar Rapids, with most of your time spent in the office and occasional field visits to see your work in action.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00/hr.
