Trabajar en equipo para completer todoslos aspectos del trabajo asignados por la empresa, incluido el terrafiar, las reparaciones, la instalacion y otros trabajos asignados.
Este preparado para hacer todos los aspectos del trabajo asignado por el capataz o el lider segun sea necesario para completar el trabajo.
Este a tiempo para todos los turnos y listo para toda hora asignada con toda sus herramientas personales y PPE.

SEGURIDAD DEL TRABAJO:
Ayuda ren las instalaciones y desmontaje del equipo de seguridad segun las instrucciones.
Cumplir con todos llos requisites de seguridad del lugar de trabajo, incluido el PPE, la proteccion contra caidas y otros.
Reportar todas las situaciones indebidamente peligrosas.

PARTICIPAR EN EL ENTRENAMIENTO :
Participar en reunions semanales de seguridad
Asistir a todos los eventos de formacion de la empresa
Participar en la formacion especifica del Sistema del fabricante
Participar en todos los entrenaminetos asignados

Specific Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities of the Job
o Labor with crew to complete all aspects of jobs assigned by the company, including tear-off, repairs, installation and other jobs as assigned
o Be prepared to do all aspects of jobs assigned by the foreman or lead man as necessary for job completion.
o Be on time for all shifts and ready to go at the assigned time with all personal tools and PPE.
o Work safely
o Assist in setup and tear down of safety equipment as instructed.
o Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection and others.
o Report all situations improperly protected.
o Participate in training
o Participate in weekly safety meetings.
o Attend all companywide training events.
o Participate in manufacturer system-specific training.
o Participate in all other training as assigned.
o Deliver excellent quality and customer satisfaction
o Perform work according to company standards.
o Collaborate with the assigned crew and work for the benefit of all.
