Description

  • Acting as liaison between Project Managers, Clients, and Subcontractors, answering general questions and referring customers to Project Managers and various departments
  • Organizing, preparing, submitting and tracking subcontracts, supply agreements and subcontractor/supplier change orders
  • Providing assistance with RFP/RFQ preparation
  • Completing project set-up and on-going project maintenance/updates in Viewpoint and AutoDesk
  • Creating project files and organizing and controlling job specific documents
  • Preparing AIA draw request and invoices
  • Obtaining subcontractor certifications and compliance reports regarding apprenticeship, M/W/ESB and Section 3 program

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
