We're looking for an experienced Excavator Operator for mass excavation, trenching, and finegrade work on commercial and industrial projects across the KC metro. What You'll Do Run latemodel CAT excavators (340,315,308) for cuts, fills, utility trenches, and max excavation. Safely load dump trucks, articulated trucks, coordinate with dozers & graders, and keep production on target. Read plans, stakes, and digital models; make onthefly grade adjustments. Perform basic daily maintenance checks. Work closely with foremen to hit schedule milestones and uphold site safety standards. What We're Looking For 3+ years of heavy excavator experience on commercial/sitework projects. Solid GPS/laser control knowhow (Trimble, Topcon, or similar). Ability to interpret cut/fill maps, utility plans, and elevations. Strong safety record and commitment to zero incidents. Must pass preemployment drug screen and have reliable transportation.
