Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and programming multiple machines to produce a range of products accurately. Your role will include loading and unloading raw materials and equipment, assisting with the assembly of Mausoleum & Columbarium Buildings, monitoring machines for optimal production, and performing maintenance and inspections. You will ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and adhering to safety guidelines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and program multiple machines to accurately produce a range of products.
+ Load and unload raw materials and equipment.
+ Assist with assembly of Mausoleum & Columbarium Buildings.
+ Monitor machines as they run and make adjustments for optimal production.
+ Perform basic pre-shift inspection maintenance and upkeep on equipment and area.
+ Inspect finished product to ensure it meets required quality and specifications.
+ Identify and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
+ Abide by company safety guidelines and meet project deadlines.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
+ Ability to learn programming.
+ Carpentry or other similar assembly skills.
+ Able to gain knowledge and skill in reading drawings and blueprints.
+ Attention to detail.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 4th Axis Milling or CNC Lathe programming is a plus.
+ Understanding of different machine tooling types, speeds, and feeds.
+ CNC Operating experience of 1 year preferred.
+ Manufacturing experience of 1 year preferred.
+ Machine Operating experience of 1 year preferred.
+ Construction experience of 2 years preferred.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
