Carpenter Pay: $20-$29/HR Location: South Metro Residential Site/ Site Schedule: Monday- Friday 7AM-330PM Experience Required: 3+ years of stick framing residential, 2+ years finish carpentry Benefits: PTO/ 401K/ Per Diem Pay on Occasion Job Description We are seeking a skilled Finishing Carpenter to join our team, working on large projects primarily within the metro and west metro areas. You will be involved in custom high-end framing and finish carpentry projects, with opportunities to travel to various locations such as Southern Minneapolis, Monticello, Hastings, and even the Eastern side of Wisconsin on rare occasions. Responsibilities Assist other carpenters with new construction builds. Engage in custom stick framing and finish carpentry projects. Install trim, casing, cabinets, windows, and doors as needed. Collaborate with a team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience in both interior and exterior carpentry. Proficiency in stick framing and finish carpentry. Experience with commercial construction and blueprint reading. Possession of necessary tools including level, square, and cordless tools. Valid driver's license and insurance (required for full-time employment). Additional Skills & Qualifications Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Capability to perform labor tasks when required. Willingness to work indoors and outdoors during winter months. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work alongside a team of 5 to 10 carpenters, under the guidance of a lead, on various finish carpentry duties. You will be based at different site locations such as Shorewood, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Hudson, and Hastings. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
