Sundyne Is looking for certified welders to build complex machine kits for each of our product lines. Summary of job duties will include fitting of hardware to spec per engineering drawings, Bending, welding tube assemblies, and building machines to their final state.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Assemble highly engineered centrifugal pumps and compressors

Run testing protocols for pumps and compressors and analyst test data; interfacing with Engineering, customers and inspectors

GTAW

Be able to achieve precision pipe fitting and tube bending

Fit and assemble pipe and tubing along with large and small components

Assemble complete equipment builds (unit and kit) according to engineered blueprints

Assist with testing of components and systems, interfacing with customers and inspectors

Communicate timely to management on all pertinent issues related to your daily work (i.e. job status, backlog, machine and/or tooling issues)

Other duties as needed

Skills & Abilities Required

Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest and thorough

Attention to detail and process oriented mindset with results driven background

Team attitude; eager to cooperate with others and help team move projects and improvement efforts forward

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience

Mechanical background and proven mechanical aptitude

Ability to interpret and follow engineering blueprints and/or 3D models

Ability to change direction and handle multiple tasks on a regular basis

Willing to put in extra effort and hours including some weekends and holidays as needed

Intermediate computer skill, including Microsoft Office system and MRP system

Practice great housekeeping in and around your work area. This includes preventative maintenance

Actively maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety policies

Compensation Details

Hourly: $18.00 - $24.00
