The firm has been in business for nearly 40 years and handles commercial, healthcare, historical, infrastructure, remodel, and high-end residential projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects within budget and on schedule. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including field crews, subcontractors, clients, and senior management.Why You Want This Position:Competitive salary: $80,000 to $90,000/yearHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysEssential Functions and Duties:Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to final closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plansCoordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractorsMonitor job site progress and ensure compliance with safety standardsPrepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and documentationIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesServe as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholdersEnsure quality control and adherence to contract specificationsLead regular project meetings and facilitate effective communication across teamsQualifications:3-7 years of experience in construction project managementProven track record of managing commercial or residential construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgetingProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsOSHA 30 Certification preferredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredGet in touch!
