Project Manager - Energy Storage (NYC) A growing infrastructure developer in the clean energy sector is hiring a Project Manager to support the execution of energy storage projects across New York City . This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of projects from design and permitting through to construction and grid connection. What You'll Be Doing: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Manage contracts, change orders, and contractor performance. Track project costs, maintain controls, and identify savings opportunities. Coordinate across design, permitting, procurement, and construction teams. Conduct regular site visits and ensure regulatory compliance. Lead internal and external project reviews, reporting progress and resolving issues proactively. What You'll Bring: 5+ years managing construction projects, preferably in energy or infrastructure. Skilled in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet. Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-first mindset. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings with confidence. Based in NYC with a willingness to be in the office full-time Nice to Have: Experience with clean energy or grid-connected infrastructure projects. Electrical background or familiarity with energy systems. PMP certification. Expertise in cost estimation and project budgeting.
