Commercial HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:

Apply basic knowledge of automation systems (Metasys experience preferred) and pneumatic systems.

Conduct inspections of air handlers, boilers, chillers, VAV boxes, and fan coil units.

Keep accurate records of HVAC equipment parts and filters.

Troubleshoot and replace electric motors as needed.

Adjust and replace belts or pulleys.

Diagnose and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).

Lubricate motor bearings as required.

Replace and catalog air conditioning filters.

Clean coils, drain pans, and drain lines.

Troubleshoot and replace actuators.

Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized

Qualifications:

EPA certification.

Completion of HVAC technical school training.
