About the Role: As a Senior Principal Structural Engineer, you will be crucial in the analysis, design, and management of diverse structural projects for commercial, industrial, and food processing facilities. Your expertise will contribute directly to delivering effective solutions and mentoring developing talent.
What You'll Bring:
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive structural engineering experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, FBC, ASCE-7, AISC, ACI).
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, RAM Structural System, RISA 3D, Enercalc, and Excel.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate within diverse teams.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in CA, IL, NY, and/or Washington.

- Assisting with mentoring junior engineering staff and contributing to proposal development.
- Managing project budgets and schedules while fostering productive client relationships.
- Preparing and reviewing technical reports and contract documents.
