Job Description:

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who want to join a locally owned residential home builder that specializes in custom homes. As an Architect/Drafter, you will be responsible for designing and drafting custom home plans for clients.

Essential job functions / Requirements:

• Creating 2D and 3D models
• Preparing construction documents
• Collaborating with clients and the team to ensure project success.
• To be successful in this position, candidates should have 1-5+ years of experience,
• Degree in Architecture Design or Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoDesk and Revit, and rendering capabilities
