Architectural Designer/Drafter - 6 month contract

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer/Drafter for a multifamily project with a duration of six months, with the potential for a long-term engagement. This role requires architects with 5-7 years of experience to engage in intensive production through construction documentation using Revit. The position focuses heavily on drafting and design tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in various projects across different sectors from design development through to construction administration.
  • Assist with feasibility studies, conduct site surveys, and gather information from clients during meetings.
  • Compile data, perform design computations, and execute code analysis under the guidance of Project Managers and Project Architects.
  • Coordinate in-house design activities and maintain communication with clients regarding project status.
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for construction documentation, renderings, and design tasks.
  • Employ Photoshop and SketchUp for renderings and other design elements of projects.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in Revit. MUST HAVE REVIT EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in multifamily projects is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Experience in residential architecture.
  • Familiarity with project architecture and architectural design.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
