Carpenter

Commercial Carpenter, up to $31/hr.**

**7a start time; Monday - Friday; work is within an hour radius of cleveland**

Join our dynamic team working on projects located around the Cleveland and Akron areas. You will primarily engage in commercial construction projects, including apartments and commercial buildings, with a focus on rough framingtypically metal stud framing, and occasionally wood framing. Your role will also involve measuring, cutting, and finish carpentry tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform rough framing using metal stud and wood framing techniques.

+ Measure and cut materials accurately.

+ Execute finish carpentry tasks with precision.

+ Interpret and work from blueprints and project plans.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in construction and carpentry.

+ Proficiency in metal stud and wood framing.

+ Experience in commercial construction projects.

+ Skill in finish carpentry.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in rough carpentry.

+ Ability to perform finish work is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $31.00/hr.
