Our Painter is responsible for performing accurate and efficient resident apartment and common area painting and wall coverings. Duties to include (but not limited to) the interior and exterior maintenance of painted areas of the campus.

Position available:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, First Shift plus occasional evening/weekend coverage possible every 2-3 months.
QUALIFICATIONS: Three to five years of painting/wall covering experience in a residential setting. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Must have good working knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering. Ability to use power tools and painting equipment. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to climb and descend ladders and stairs. Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Must have a valid NC valid driver's license combined with an acceptable driving record.
