Job overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced industrial electricians for a project in Nashville, TN. Candidates must be capable of working independently or alongside a foreman, and come prepared with their own tools. Strong skills in blueprint reading, conduit installation, panel work, and overall electrical troubleshooting are required.

Work scope includes:

• Installing and running conduit (EMT, rigid)

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical layouts

• Wiring panels and terminations

• Performing layout and rough-in work

• Working independently or taking direction from the foreman

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience

• Must have own tools and full PPE

• Proficient in blueprint reading and electrical layouts

• Experience with conduit bending, panel installation, and terminations

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
