Job overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced refrigeration technicians for night shift work at two commercial sites in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This is a local-only position-no per diem or travel available. Candidates must have several years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration service.

Work scope includes:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems

• Working overnight shifts across two job sites in Fort Wayne

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues

• Ensuring systems meet performance and safety standards

Requirements:

• Several years of refrigeration and commercial HVAC experience

• Must be local to Fort Wayne - no travel or per diem offered

• Comfortable working night shift only

• Must have own tools and full PPE

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and efficiently overnight
