Be a multi-faceted worker, capable of working in a production environment.

Ability to work in both a shop and heavy highway construction zone environment.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Work under immediate supervision of foreman or supervisor in charge.
Perform other duties or functions as job requires.
Ability to work more than 40 hours in a given week, including weekends when required.
Physical Requirements
Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Exposure to outdoors, and working in adverse weather conditions.
The individual must be able to wear all proper PPE to perform the given tasks. Minimum PPE required but not limited to: safety glasses, ear plugs, steel toe boots, and reflective vests.
Experience
3 years of masonry or experience in a construction type environment preferred.
Skills
Communicate clearly with fellow workers and supervisors.
Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
Ability to learn and gain professional knowledge
Ability to work with power tools and other mechanical devices.
Certifications or Licenses
Valid drivers license
Individual must be able to pass a background check
CDL A or B certification (preferred)
OSHA 10 certification (preferred but not required)
