Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Design Engineer to develop and execute electrical system designs. You will play a key role in generating control panel layouts, schematics, and equipment specifications. The role is onsite and ideal for someone looking to take ownership of multiple projects in a collaborative engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop electrical systems and layouts including schematics and control panel designs Specify and source appropriate electrical components for procurement Collaborate with project managers, designers, and customers to ensure design accuracy and timeline alignment Manage and prioritize multiple active projects simultaneously Perform occasional travel to client sites for Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), as needed Maintain clear documentation and adherence to industry and internal standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a 2-year technical degree with 3-5 years of relevant design experience Proficiency or strong interest in electrical controls and fluid mechanics Demonstrated success managing engineering tasks in a manufacturing or production environment Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Must reside within 45 minutes of Jefferson, WI Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Why Join Us?
