Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field to lead the Civil Department
• Missouri Civil PE License required
• 8+ years of experience in Civil Engineering (Site/Civil Land Development and Public Infrastructures)
• Project and Staff Management experience is required
• AutoCAD/Civil3D knowledge
• Ability to develop projects from conceptual planning to coordination of project efforts and through to approvals of design and construction.
