Project Director – Commercial Mechanical Construction Location: St. Louis Area (Local candidates preferred) Compensation: Up to $140,000 base (depending on experience) + benefits Position Type: Full-Time

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction

• Strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems (all are a plus)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, and BlueBeam

• Experience with P6 preferred

• Autodesk knowledge is a plus

• Proven leadership in managing complex commercial projects and teams
