Punch List Foreman

We are looking for a leader who has experience completing the tasks below to help our growing company. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take a list of items that need to be completed on a project and with the tools provided and the crew complete those tasks. These tasks could include, remove & replace curb/sidewalk, repair asphalt paving, install/fix manhole or inlet frames and covers, parge inlet or manhole, restoration of site including topsoiling, seeding, strawing. This is not the complete list but an idea of the tasks the candidate should be familiar with and capable of completing.
Reliable transportation, driver's license and verifiable references are required.
Our work backlog is all governmental and prevailing wage rates do apply for all on-site positions. Promotable to Pipe Foreman. Experience is required - Please do not apply unless you have the skills listed below.

Qualifications:

1.Valid Drivers License & ability to drive mason dump truck with trailer
2.Ability to load, transport & operate skid steer and mini excavator
3.Can lead and direct small crew to complete tasks given by superintendent with minimal supervision
4.Experience with concrete curb, sidewalk, & asphalt paving.
5.Previous landscape experience a plus with ability to perform grading, topsoiling, seeding, & other restoration
