Process Operator**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Process Operator and play a crucial role in the production of ethanol, supplying our product to gas stations within a 40-120 mile radius. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks each day, including troubleshooting on conveyors, forklifts, pumps, and valves, unloading materials with a sit-down gas-powered forklift, checking temperatures of bearings, and utilizing Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. You will also work with a Distributed Control System (DCS) to determine workflow and enter data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues with conveyors, forklifts, pumps, and valves.
+ Unload materials using a sit-down gas-powered forklift.
+ Monitor and check temperatures of bearings.
+ Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
+ Operate and manage tasks using a Distributed Control System (DCS).
+ Enter and manage data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of experience with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
+ 3+ years of troubleshooting mechanically.
+ 2+ years as a Chemical Operator.
+ 5+ years of safety experience, including OSHA standards.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ year of forklift experience (training provided).
+ 1-2 years of experience operating boilers.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic navigation skills in Excel.

**Work Environment**

The schedule rotates with some days on and others off to ensure work-life balance. Safety is a priority, with hard hats, steel-toed boots, and safety glasses required.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.
