Lead Carpenter

GILL Lead Carpenter Position Objectives: To be a key resource toRenaissance Builders by assisting with carpentry, material handling,customer requests and job clean-up. Run jobs as needed to meet budget,schedule, and customer expectations. General Expectations andResponsibilities: Work under the supervision of the Project Manager andoccasionally other lead carpenters. Perform carpentry tasks toRenaissance Builders methods and standards work safely take initiativeorganize jobs as needed, supervising subcontractors and other carpenterswhen necessary. Position Requirements: Advanced level of carpentry skillsapplied knowledge of math and geometry maturity excellent communicationskills self-direction ability to take direction and learn new methodsproven organizational skills ability to lift 50 lbs. kneel work from aladder and on roofs crawl have valid driver\'s license with cleandriving record provide own vehicle and some tools, dexterity to use handtools Some overtime required. Minimum 5 years carpentry experience. CSL,OSHA 10, RRP preferred.
