Inspecting and testing HVAC systems and components

Identifying maintenance risks and addressing potential issues

Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment

Identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems that are malfunctioning

Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently

Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act

Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements

Maintaining and repairing motors, pumps, condensers, boilers, heaters, and controls

Assisting with customers' queries and providing technical advice

Preparing records and reports detailing work performed
