Construction Laborer. 9 temporary, full-time positions.10/1/25-11/30/25. Atomic Ant Construction Inc. located at 131 Fisher St,Franklin, MA 02038. Email: .... Assist withgeneral tasks on construction sites, including moving materials,cleaning work areas, and preparing spaces for installation work. Supportcarpenters, framers, and other skilled workers by handing tools andmaterials as needed. Load and unload construction materials, includinglumber, panels, and supplies. Maintain clean and organized work zones byremoving debris and unused materials. Perform basic tasks such assweeping, organizing tools, and helping set up work areas. Follow safetyguidelines and directions from supervisors and crew leads. Use basichand tools (hammer, tape measure, broom) under supervision. Lift andcarry materials around the job site as directed. 40 hours per week.8-hour workday, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. OT hours possible. No minimumeducation required. No minimum experience is required. Dailytransportation provided by the employer to worksites in the followingcounties: Plymouth. Wage: \$33.26/hour, OT Wage: \$49.89/hour. Workerspaid Biweekly. Housing Assistance: Optional board/lodging available at acost to be deducted from pay if elected. Cost of housing: \$700/month(utilities included except cabletv). Other deductions: Optionaltransportation between housing and worksite available at \$100/month ifelected. On the job training provided. Raises and/or bonuses may beoffered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the companys solediscretion, based on individual factors including work performance,skill and tenure. Single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Alldeductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made. Ifthe worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer willreimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the placeof recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the workcontract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer willprovide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation andsubsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed towork, except where the worker will not return due to subsequentemployment with another employer or where the employer has appropriatelyreported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least \$16.28/day duringtravel to a maximum of \$68/day with receipts. H2B Workers will bereimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, bordercrossing and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment (except passport fees).
