Are you an experienced Excavator Operator who prides yourself on the safe and efficient operation of production mining equipment in a surface pit environment? Join us to operate a Cat 336 excavator, moving waste and mineral materials to support site development and clean up highwalls.

Essential Responsibilities:
Safe and efficient operation of Cat 336 excavator to meet production targets
Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections andpletes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns
Complete production reporting and other documentation as required
Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuringpliance with allpany, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience operating large track excavator equipment in a surface mining environment
MSHA p.48 metal/nonmetal ticket is required; training and support is provided to obtain or update certificate as needed.
Work Conditions:
Ability to work overtime as needed
